These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.a2zglobal.org(the “Site”) and the services provided by A2Z Global LLC, a company registered in Georgia (“A2Z Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

A2Z Global provides business and expat support services in Georgia, including company formation, accounting and tax, legal support and relocation assistance. The information on the Site is a general description of what we offer and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

2. No professional advice through the Site

Content on the Site — including blog articles and service descriptions — is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Laws and regulations change, and how they apply depends on your specific circumstances. You should not act on any information on the Site without obtaining tailored advice from us or another qualified professional. A professional relationship arises only once we have agreed an engagement in writing.

3. Fees and payment

Fees for our services are quoted and agreed before we begin work. Unless stated otherwise in your engagement, invoices are payable in full by the due date shown. Government fees, notary charges, translation costs and other third-party disbursements are your responsibility and may be billed in addition to our fees.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents needed for us to perform our services, and to keep them up to date. We are not responsible for delays, penalties or losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information, or by your failure to act on our advice or meet a deadline we have communicated to you.

5. Third parties and government bodies

Many of our services involve submissions to, and decisions by, Georgian government bodies, banks and other third parties. While we act diligently on your behalf, we do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome, timing or approval of any application, registration or account opening that depends on a third party.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, logos, graphics and layout — are owned by or licensed to A2Z Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Z Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp and Telegram). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site with the effective date above is the current one. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution terms in a separate engagement agreement.
